They just installed Ameriglo Spartan Tactical Tritium Night Sight Set on my Glock 42 and Glock 43, and find them quite nice. My high recommendation for them!

I’ve installed Trijicon HD Night Sights Orange Front Outline on both of my Glock 43s. On one, I have the blacked-out rear sights paired with the oversized front dot in orange. I find the blacked-out rear post with the oversized front dot to be my preference.
I want to highly recommend the Trijicon HD XR Night Sight Set with the orange front sight post. I have them installed on my Glock 19, and I’m planning to put a set on my 43 to replace the factory Glock night sights. I’ve personally found that the orange front sight is much easier to quickly locate, especially in low-light conditions. It stands out against the black rear sight.
I am running Ameriglo GL-105 I-Dot Sight Rear Sight on my Glock 19, and quite satisfied with them. These sights seem to be designed as true defensive handgun sights, prioritizing speed of acquisition and visibility over precision.
