There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the best way to clean an AK-47 will vary depending on the particular model of a firearm and the type of ammunition that is used. However, a few general tips on how to clean an AK-47 include making sure that the gun is unloaded and pointed in a safe direction before beginning; using a cleaning kit that is specifically designed for firearms, and using a degreaser to remove any built-up grease or dirt from the weapon.

The best way to clean an AK-47 may vary depending on the individual rifle’s make and model. However, general steps for cleaning an AK-47 include disassembling the gun into its component parts, cleaning each part with a solvent appropriate for the type of gun oil used, and reassembling the gun. It is also important to clean the barrel of the rifle with a bore brush after every 100 rounds or so.

The AK-47 is a notoriously difficult gun to clean. One method is to first remove the barrel and then soak it in a solvent that will dissolve the accumulated gunpowder residue. Be sure to wear protective gloves and eyewear when cleaning firearms, as any residue remaining on the weapon can be extremely dangerous. After soaking, use a brush to scrub out the remaining fouling, and then reassemble the weapon. Finally, lubricate all moving parts with a light coat of oil.

There are a few methods that can be used to clean an AK-47. My personal favorite is to use a mixture of hot water and ammonia. Be sure to use protective gear when cleaning your AK-47, as the hot water and ammonia can be harmful if inhaled.

The AK-47 is a notoriously difficult firearm to clean, but the process can be simplified by following these steps:

  1. Disassemble the weapon.
  2. Clean the barrel and receiver with a solvent.
  3. Lubricate all moving parts with a light oil.
  4. Reassemble the weapon.

It’s also important to keep your firearms clean and lubricated to prevent corrosion and malfunctioning.

One ot the way is to use a degreaser and then some type of lubricant. Make sure to read the owner’s manual before attempting to clean your firearm, as each model may have specific instructions.
First, remove the magazine and check that the chamber is clear. Degrease the weapon using a commercial cleaner or you can make your own by mixing 1 part household ammonia with 3 parts water. Apply the degreaser liberally and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes. Wipe down with a clean cloth and allow to dry. Lightly oil all moving parts using a quality gun oil. Reassemble weapon and test fire.
